“Clark oversaw development of the fundamentally flawed MTM model and is now on the NBN Co board.”
Its hardly Clark’s fault. The brief from the incoming government was quite clear – nobble the NBN. If you want to blame someone better to start with the Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte and KordaMentha who in 2013 undertook a strategic review of NBN. Given what has passed the review, to use Turnbull’s comments at the time about the NBN, is an “enduring testament to incompetence” not to mention hackery.
