On the Barnaby Joyce scandals

Leon Knight writes: Re. “‘Not his partner’: the single phrase that sums up this wretched government” (Tuesday)

Yep, writing of this quality and brutal honesty should be on the front pages of all the local rags, and shouted loudly from the screens at the ABC too…well done Bernard, your best for a long time, but sadly not visible to many of the dopey voters out there that need to see it over and over again until understanding finally dawns on them.

John Richardson writes:  Re. “One of the ugliest beefs in federal politics has finally come to a head” (Tuesday)

“Head of the New Zealand National Party” … having renounced his citizenship? That’s more than ironic. What a dill.

John Hogan writes: Re. “One of the ugliest beefs in federal politics has finally come to a head” (Tuesday)

Here it comes…My favourite Windsor/Joyce moment was on TV on a election night years ago. Joyce was trying to get stuck into Windsor towards the end of the night and Windsor simply said, “I don’t have to talk to you Barnaby.” Joyce went redder and redder.
