What David Coe taught us: CEO and chairmen can’t be one

When examining companies that collapse, especially very large ones, there is a common feature in the way they are managed: the person running and chairing the company is one of the same.

There is a lesson to be drawn from many a corporate collapse, and the one presided over by the late David Coe, at Allco, was no different.

    In sure Coe was a nice guy. But I wish the obits would cease.

    The likes of Coe and his ilk all avoided any consequences for their crimes..
    To big to jail..
    The system is a joke..
