Reading this, it all comes flooding back …… remember those lines from the other “Godfather”?
“…. it’s just business. Nothin’ personal.” and “Power isn’t everything. It’s the only thing!”?
The bollocks Murdoch spun Thatcher to get in on the action in her “casino”?
    ………. “Limited News” – it’s a state of mind.

…. sorry, that should have been “Papa ‘doch” (wanting in on that action) of course.

So where is ‘outside the tofu belt’? I can buy it in Wodonga or Deniliquin FFS. Or is it code for ‘electorates with no Asians’?

I am hearing you HB; up here in the blue mountains, tofu is all we can get in some places.

DRMick I fear you are well within the designated sandal-wearing basket-weaving zone the editorial writer wished to designate and denigrate.

I will say Mr Williams’ incumbency has allowed for expansion of the vocabulary at Holt St..

The Australian editorial : now with extra snooty adjectives!

    Elitist, moi?
