I’ve been a dog person all my life and never had a cat until I moved in with FM – 5 years ago. George, by way of sheer persistence has totally won me over as his favourite servant. Mind you – he is a handsome chap – and he has a texture you can but imagine. He used to (hopefully will continue to) sleep on my lap when I was sleeping through Midsomer Murders. Which is what we do best. Neither of us give a toss about who murdered whom, but we do like a snooze.
