There’s something very fishy about Mr B’s blog turning off comments. It doesn’t seem to have affected any other News blogs. And the explanation given is laughable.

And today we have this comment…

“It seems to me vested interests are desperately trying to retain their power.

(No comments. And you’ll see a lot more such closures of debate if you don’t fight back.) ”

Is this a case of someone deliberately causing self-harm in order to draw attention to themselves?

Bolt doesn’t do satire, it’s one of the things beyond him.

Likewise Pipboy – he don’t do irony.

@ Angra, it’s almost as if the whole thing’s a media stunt, isn’t it? Not that Bolt and Limited News would ever stoop to that…

@Holden: But just telling the truth about Blute is enough to cause him annoyance.

And a hint: use a nickname for him, it seems using his real name triggers the watch-dog^H^H First Dog censors.

By the by, when are you going to release some details on the hackery? We want names! (and blood!)

I’ve been up the country and the wool is coming down leaps like to mind like a fish in a silvery stream streaks in sensible sneakers to perches the morning gnus’ paper.

Teehee these comments I have missed include the side splitting. Us FD supporters are not worth the paper we are written one (implied), neither the Dog and we got no brains. We got the friendship of sharing a laugh and our exploration of nonsense but. It is a hard won liberty.
