In reply to you, I suppose that could be a dark hint suggesting I was popping out for a sniff/saying I was going to a meeting/asking what is going on with the directives I am too fast. I must say. Going out for a sniff was helpful let me say. It turned out to be someone’s sports socks left hanging over our fence like a pair of old…well, socks. The meeting was the all too frequent cut and thrust of rural communities btw. I had better luck with a subsequent one.
