Time for Gillard to put away funny hats, fluoro vests

What do you do when your tactics are completely failing and defeat is looming? Some people might decide to try something different but not the Australian Labor Party. Its response to medicine that makes things worse rather than better is to increase the dose.

Yes Richard, you may be right but can you see George Wright ever supporting such tactics?

“The Prime Minister seems to believe she has to respond to the bully-boy tactics of Tony Abbott in kind.”

It’s in her nature. She thinks that to be one of the guys she has to act like one.

“Keep the Prime Minister in her office most of the time …”

    I like that idea.

“… and let her out to give an occasional speech that actually says something.”

No keen on the letting her out bit. The less I see and hear of her the more I like it.

(Sorry about double post. Crikey seems to be going online and offline at the moment.)
