The internet wars are underway, yet most of us toil away on the web, blissfully unaware that the conflict is only a click away.

News of another round of Chinese-sourced attacks on Google last week came only days after the United States announced that the Pentagon is developing a new cyber warfare strategy that  could involve the use of military force in response to certain kinds of damaging online attacks.
