Seven stole Nine’s footage. Even with a mid-screen watermark. Nine, in this bizarre ad, just wants to explain its side of the story: “We work very hard to bring you exclusive stories and vision. That’s why we use the watermark.”

Ban all watermarks: they’re visually irritating and senseless boasting tools used by the networks.
It’s even worse now that they’re still catering for the 4:3 crowd, and the watermark appears nearly in the middle of the 16:10/16:9 screen.
Agree Zut: if nine don’t like seven stealing their footage, they should take them to court, not make our eyes bleed from all of the watermarks.
This truly is a new low water mark in commercial TV broadcasting!
That’s *bad* Jimmy! :^)
