How sane is this after The Australian’s attempt today to gloatingly guide the Opposition back on track. Drawing a very long bow that Turnbull is the new Menzies it applauds Malcolm’s expertise on a range of “constructive policy proposals to assist the small business sector and protect jobs. His fresh, clever suggestion of a 3c-per-cigarette slug to replace cuts to the private health rebate for middle- and higher-income earners was a prime example.” Advertorial at its best despite a stinging last line for the rabble behind the last man standing.
“The challenge now for Mr Turnbull’s fractured and disorderly partyroom is to stick to the script”. Presumably the one articulated by The Australian?
