A fifth grade student from Colorado has been suspended from school after refusing to remove an anti-Obama t-shirt. Fox News looks at the school’s violation of the First Amendment right to free speech on a day dedicated to patriotic display.

Fox News reports on the Colarado school’s restriction on Daxx Dalton’s political expression:

“An 11-year-old boy in Colorado was suspended from school after he refused to take off a shirt that read, “Obama is a terrorist’s best friend.” His father says that the school is violating his son’s First Amendment rights.”
