Select Foods is a client of a client. I have heard this third hand. They are based at Wetherill Park in NSW. Until recently their major client was Woolworths. Woolworths has introduced a range of foods labeled Woolworths Select. Select Foods, who had been required by Woolworths to increase the capacity of their manufacturing operations and had constructed a new plant, complained to their account manager that the Select in Woolworths Select was a direct copy of the Select in Select Foods. Woolworths then called Select Foods to a meeting and told them to remove all their product from Woolworths stores.
