I live in inner Adelaide and watch aircraft a lot. See a few army choppers, usually heading to Royal Adelaide Hospital. At 17:20 on Tuesday one was seen headed from Woodside to Adelaide Airport. It was next seen heading in the direction of Yatala Gaol at 18:10.

I live on the flight path and in 12 years have never seen an Army chopper go anywhere BUT the Royal Adelaide Hospital. I’ve NEVER seen one before head to Adelaide Airport. Neither have I seen a “departing” chopper go anywhere except Woodside. This one was heading towards Northfield, Adelaide, the site of the prison in which David Hicks is supposed to be interned.

I figure there’s a 10% chance that this is the scoop of the year.
