Fairfax’s digital diversification starts to pay off

Fairfax Media, the new $10 billion giant of the Australasia media world, has today delivered an impressive 16% lift in annual net profit to a record $263.5 million as its diversification into the digital world shows more signs of working, writes Stephen Mayne.
