Macquarie Bankers are famously tough. They will sue, threaten, cajole, argue and buy there way to victory no matter what it takes. However, in corporate governance terms, the millionaires factory blinked in a major way yesterday when a new bonus structure was unveiled, writes Stephen Mayne.
