		<description>Well, good to suggest that the ABC reporter in China may do a leadership change story - would be good background for readers.  I think, though, that the ABC might have earned a &#039;do not call&#039; from the chinese government after their great story on Tibetan monks protesting against their overbearing chinese rulers.</description>

		<description>Bernard, Australian media all have output deals with their American counterparts. It&#039;s a no brainer it&#039;s free fill because it&#039;s already paid for. If they had to cover China the same way the expenses would do their accountants heads in.</description>
