Was Rick Perry three sheets to the wind?

GOP presidential nominee candidate Rick Perry shocked a New Hampshire audience last weekend when he gave an unusually, err, animated speech, prompting the question: was he sloshed? Judge for yourself.

    hell yea, my feeling is he was on a combination of diet pills and benzos, probably doubling up with a mildly liquid lucnh, you could see it hitting in and by the end he was on the launchpad. bet he didn’t sleep for a few days afterward, unless he had a script fo propanofol…
