Oregon lawmakers never gonna give you up

It’s the Rick Roll that took one year and two months to make. US politician Jefferson Smith brought together political colleagues from both sides of the Oregon House of Representatives to work lyrics from Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up into their official speeches on the floor of the House, one line at a time.
