Received recently in our correspondence - this ran on the Daily Telegraph web (but not newsprint?) earlier this week. We were going to blog/amplify it but wanted to check library press print copies. If you've got the money, why not pour it into an irrelevant trial and issue. The solicitors and barristers (at least those on the losing side) should have costs orders made against them to discourage the taking of cases like this.
