Off Topic but Dog related — - I had to say goodbye today to my faithful, rescue shelter mongrel, Norman. He kept my family and myself great company for 13 years. He was a lovely friend and companion and I am saddened to the core at his passing. Thanks for everything Norman, I hope you have a frisbee and sausages, wherever you may be.
[Thinking of you and Norman. He sounds lovely and so do you. There is nothing quite like the love of a rescued mongrel. Firstdog]

Happy everything, FD.
I’m a bit worried about your boardies. They seem a bit short.
The last thing you want for Christmas is toasted tackle and the second last thing is to get sprung smearing on the blockout down there. Particularly if you like to read “Pet of the Month” when you go to the beach.

Mr Pastry:
Vale Norman Pastry.
I didn’t know him, but shared his appreciation of sausages.
May I suggest a celebration of his life with a feast of pigs in blankets and a rousing rendition of the chorus of Sue Thompson’s 1961 hit:
“Norman, ooh, ooh, ooh
Norman, ooh, ooh, ooh
Norman , Norman, my love.”

Whad up Dog?
Back at you too.
Now for my trek across the wilds of western sydney for a free copy of season 5 of The Wire.
Woof!

I have just this minute discovered your salute to the season! Thank you and may you too have many days in the sun as did Norman with his wonderful caring family.
