This is explained in frames 2 and 3. My in depth research led me to discover that Tony is a health nut and so would not smoke. I do not know if Julie Bishop has ever smoked but it is hilarious to have Tony Abbott dressed as a Rhesus Monkey and Julie Bishop smoking while dressed as Charles Darwin outside the Sydney Institute while Cardinal Pell and Joe Hockey argue about whether or not you can pick and choose from the Bible. Get it together people! I'm not just doing this for the good of my health!
