They would need a stringof successful cases a mile long to enhance their reputation, which to the present could be described courteously as "out to lunch". Corporate crims seemingly have to have to be caught and tried in the court of public opinion before ASIC rouses from its post-prandial slumbers and make s half-hearted attempt to earn its collective pay.
