My current, live example: As We have been travelling overseas for the past few months, we decided to pre-pay our Credit Card a month. For each month we are being slugged a $30 fee for 'pre-payment'. When we objected vehemently to our so-call personal banker, we were told "the NAB systems can't handle pre-payments so this is the fee". Naturally, the banker's manager does not answer emails.
