(I know in rural areas there may not be much choice) I've never heard a good thing about it and although I have other services with Telstra, I have avoided their BigPond service, despite all the inducements to package everything up in one neat little bundle. There are plenty of other providers out there offering better service and certainly better customer service - shop around! Maybe they'll get the hint one day??
