		<description>I had always thought that almost all people are obese because they’re lazy or gluttonous or both so I&#039;d be grateful for an elaboration of why this is a fallacy.  And why is obesity associated with low socio economic status?  Maybe this is a suitable topic for a Crikey clarifier.</description>
