		<description>That&#039;s a scarily steep ramp-up projected for &#039;wind&#039; and &#039;other renewables&#039; - and that&#039;s only for a 450 ppm target.  I hope they&#039;re up to it, but I don&#039;t think they are.  We&#039;re going to badly overshoot 450 ppm without getting equally ambitious with nuclear.</description>
