I was hoping you would discuss Keating's soliliquy to Geoffrey Tozer in News Corp broadsheet today which was very moving, dead of liver cancer at 54. Keating goes the whole 'mile in his shoes' really, seemingly identifying with 'another marginalised genius lacking common sense' (himself)? I've worked with a few alleged geniuses and they can be appallingly selfish pigs. Which leaves me wondering was Tozer truly an artistic martyr and secular saint or is their another side of the story, that should be woven into the canvas of Paul 'self interest is always trying' Keating. Waleed Aly lost a bit off gloss as well - he and Frank Brennan looked all at sea on the gay question. shame Virginia trioli is on leave from the breakfast news it would be good for them to explore that issue more on waleeds regular Monday spot.
