Lay off Garrett - he can only respond to what is already delineated in standing law. Also, Australia has a system of ministerial decision making and government. He's probably a lone voice, and I'm confident that he does his very best. And, is the Minister for the Environment and the Arts even included in the Cabinet? It's a good international version of Beds are Burning. The Oils aren't making a single dime from this. I hope that this monumental, albeit re-worked Oz song, has some real impact.
