Bowen&#039;s playing the realpolitik to the hilt swooning to the big end of town.

The answer is moderate sign on salaries of no kmore than say 25 times the lowest pay scale in an organisation, but with BIG bonuses for hitting the KPI&#039;s which produce not only short term profits, but key structural goals.

When are any of the self serving directors &amp; shareholders of major listed companies going to attempt to break this obscene pay scale fiddle.....not any time soon I expect, as it would put downward pressure on directors fees.

For example, CBA&#039;s Raplh Norris is just not worth anywhere near the dough he&#039;s paid.....it&#039;s corporate ego underpinned by a CEO package window display.</description>
