Could some of the economic writers on crikey have a go at comparing where we are now to the 1928 crash. I am not really aware of the history but I place us at about August 1927 where the initial shocks are over and the aware are trying to exit the market as quietly as they can before the real crash. As I said I don’t know and would appreciate people who actually make this stuff their living to give their thoughts.
