Seven requests Consolidated Media interests info

In a statement this morning to the Australian Stock Exchange:

Consolidated Media Holdings Limited (CMH) (ASX: CMJ) advises that a subsidiary of Seven Group Limited has requested a copy of CMH’s register of members and register of information about relevant interests.

In accordance with Sections 173 and 672DA respectively of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act), CMH will provide the subsidiary with the requested copies within the time frames as required by the Act.

That would be Kerry Stokes moving his Queen’s bishop to attack. Your move James.
