Angus Sharpe et al continue with this nonsense that there is a political spectrum and it runs from the ALP on the left and The Lib/Nats on the right. Wrong. The ALP is a centre-right party. It is conservative. The others are just more conservative/reactionary. We are so used to arguing from the perspective of the Right we have lost touch with reality. Apart from the Stimulus Package, the ALP has been Conservative with a capital 'C'. Just as in Ripping Yarns, even the white bits in the black pudding were black, even the left wingers in the New ALP are right. Have a good look at what the alleged left wingers actually DO, not what they say, and in any case, they don't say much that KRudd doesn't vet first.
