So the 2Day 'incident' impacted only on the last few days of a 10 week period. Listening patterns would have had to change enormously over those few days to have any impact on the 10 week result. There's no way anyone can use today's survey as being indicative of audience reaction to what happened. Austereo would know EXACTLY what the 2Day audience response has been via their own research which has no doubt been in overdrive. Will there be more people sampling Kyle & Jackie O when they get back on air? Plenty. The next book is the one to watch.
