it would nice to see this practice challenged in court. ditto the related practice of charging if you want a hard copy invoice or even an emailed invoice.

given that they are obviously required to invoice you before payment, and, one would think make paymernt in any reasonable way.

so you would think that you woudl have some rights re how/what form you want invoice in, baseed presumably on concepts of &#039;reasonable person&#039; and of &#039;common commercial practice&#039;

ditto payment.

an analogy would be any payments in legal tender .... they don&#039;t get to choose if you pay in $5 bill or $50 bills (although i am not sure just what wrinkles there (now) are in legislation re this.)</description>
