I was furious and let them know several times via their website in the complaints section, and never received a single call or email responding to it. Not only that, but when I signed up to receive them electronically, I now get a simple email (not even HTML-formatted, just plain text) stating "Your bill for $XX.XX is now due for payment". NOT EVEN A COPY OF THE BILL. What a joke!!! If I want to view it I have to go to their website and log in to view my own bill! Needless to say I will be leaving Optus when my contract is up.
