		<description>Sinclair: the graph you supply has the US and Australia very similar till 1928, not just 1925. The US then spikes before it falls. We curve down without the spike. There seems to be other things at play as well. (To be fair: I appreciate that a short article cant capture all the many different discussions and angles). 

But my question to you is simple: If Rudd did the wrong thing, what was the right thing to do? What would you have done in his place? And how would it have helped us cushion the worst effects of the recession that other nations seem to be feeling worse than us?</description>
