One interpretation, as you would have it, is that not changing his mind or adjusting his views is a character strength.  Another possible interpretation is that Abbott&#039;s mind is like concrete, all mixed up and permanently set.  It may be a character flaw that he fails CONSISTENTLY to take on board any different perspectives or adjust his conclusions?  Ever worked for a boss like that?  Was it fun?</description>
