Wow, a business owner that doesn't expect his staff to travel economy! Sign me impressed. I never noticed that Qantas food was substantially better than commercial frozen meals.

When will the airlines realise, that some of us want a full service reliable airline that we can count on. If I'm travelling for business or pleasure, I'm happy to pay what it costs to get where I'm going safely, reliably and being treated like a human being. Particularly business travel at meal times, when it may be the only meal I get. The food offerings on both Jetstar and Virgin are inedible at any cost. As a business owner with up to 10 staff travelling at any one time, I would never expect any of them to travel on a low-cost airline unless they preferred. I'm happy to pay the difference if there is a difference.
