Poor Glenn. There's probably more salivating in his article than on the show itself. I say "probably" because - along with 16-milliion other Australians or 77% of the population - I didn't watch it!

Glen Dyer makes the point I've been pushing for some time: how is a TV show (The 7pm Project) 'groundbreaking' and 'brave' when it takes a bunch of FM breakfast hosts and gets them to do the very same thing they've been doing every weekday morning for yonks? K-Rock, for example, has been using its breakfast news service as a springboard for comedy and entertainment for a very long time. Hughsey is already regurgitating the same jokes over and over on Nova, and now he gets the chance to polish them up for a third go 'round in the evenings. TV needs new and innovative programming but from what we've seen so far, The 7pm Project is not the answer.
