When we had government banks in competition the big four were the third through to sixth. The other two state banks were not run to make a bigger profit every year they were a service.( I know this is poison to those who think money is everything but you live in a new world since October)They were the big two until their board members decided they were world lenders and overshot(familiar?) Start up losses? Like the amount the government wore for the big four last year?
