The western newspapers should change their policy from peddling propaganda to presenting verified information. Many newspapers and the journos lost credibility as they peddle views of some interest groups instead of presenting facts. Due to technology and electronic communication the stories presented by some quasi illiterate/or totally confused authors do get confronted by variety of other sources.
One of the best examples of visciously misleading the public was an article, in a Sunday newspaper, about dr. Haneef trying to blow up a highrise in the Gold Coast hub.
I have never bought the paper, again.

Note to self: when Crikey twitterers (and other amusing people) provide an extremely entertaining run-down of a NPC address, on no account try and read the original. (I know, I don't know what I was thinking either.) I gave up after about a screen's worth. 140 characters is more than enough...
