BWAHAHAAHAAHAAHAAA
that’s all from me
Very funny Firstdog. But you may have to do just one last Costello cartoon…

Thank goodness I never have to draw another Peter Costello ever again.
OK Dog….It’s time to fess up.
How did you know he was going to jump?
Coincidence???? I think not.
FirstDog. I think you should. Do a wonderful one about The Smirk getting the news that the Oz economy wasn’t as in such dire straits as was originally thought. Show the awful realization that he had been rendered redundant. Show him thrashing around on his sitting room floor screaming in agony. Show the delighted smiles on the faces of most of the electorate. Especially the ones who live in Higgins. Ah sweet and wonderful day.
BTW Very good cartoon.:)
Oh FD! You are so cute! I just want to take you home and feed you lots of risotto (which I will be making in a rice cooker). xoxo
This cartoon is too coincidental. Leaks, subterfuge and concealment smacks! Explain.
But can you do another one?
Peter Costello’s the quintessential political lampoon. Full of bluster, architect of his party’s deadly Workchoices, proponent of jailing refugees from wars he and Howard endorsed and the wimp goes to water as he gives up his political powers. The guy needs a good confession.
well first dog looks like you will be atleast doing another peter costello strip later this week and most likely tomorrow
There’s no use expecting us to beg FD. You know you’re dying to do the ‘final PC cartoon’. It’s just that you the time to flex those paws, get the brain to it’s most razor-sharp, and to suss out the totally correct place to gouge, and savage and maul the bastard. You are not an ankle biting terrier with a genius for political comment for nothing. Your audience awaits you. PAAADDDAAA PA DUM DUM, DUM DUM. Drum roll which picks up the tempo of the rest of the orchestra. Think Ravel’s Bolero and produce a masterpiece.
Perhaps you are afraid of not producing the ultimate work of art. Hell, in your position I would be. Believe me I wouldn’t swap places with you for quids. Cheers.
Odds that this cartoon pushed Costello over the edge?
