For a Director to sell some of his shares is one thing... to not declare it is entirely more significant, if that was indeed the case. Regarding related party transactions, I feel that this type of thing will remain part of the landscape. It may be that some such deals are ethically repugnant or simply lazy; others would be essential components of the business plan and entirely above board. Back to the topic: does anybody know the disclosure timetable of those transactions and share sales?
