But is he assuming that the government got rid of the PHI rebate for ideological reasons? From my perspective, it was just a saving on a line item, thats all. And people who are 'rich' (seriously, 120k is not 'rich') aren't going to vote for these guys anyway so they're not going to lose any votes. Anyway, people at that income are getting a nice tax cut anyway which'll pay for the difference. and just a quick one Ian, is completely right.
