		<description>Although I only occasionally watch this channel, I am not surprised that it is being blocked from competing in the digital area. The problem with this channel is there has no political clout, and does not make big donations to political parties. You will only get attention from government if you can facilitate branch stacking or provide the donations necessary to buy favour.

Waiting for Conroy to do anything sensible is like waiting for Godot.

Amazingly the commercial channels have multiple digital channels allocated, and they are all broadcasting the same information. Perhaps you&#039;d approach one of the commercial channels and borrow their unused spectrum for test purposes as I believe that there they have these channels allocated for that purpose.
