The role of the former police commissioner who I was led to believe ran labour in the west. 2. Crikey's report in 2006 on the mayor allowing her father's community group free use of municipal buildings to play cards with his mates for four years and worst of all 3. The rates rose immensly a few years back and the reason we were given is that the council had signed on to a new super scheme which guarenteed their income(like Parliamentarians) any shortfall was to be made up by the rates.
