		<description>Thank god it was the fault of  those dastardly &quot;international news agencies&quot; and not the Herald itself!

In the future, when all stories are outsourced to news agencies and other newspapers the Herald will be able to correctly claim that it is never responsible for mistakes as it will always be someone else wot did it. That will be pure bliss for the management.</description>
