Karl Stefanovic seemed a little… over-tired when presenting TODAY the morning after the Logies. We have compiled a highlights package for your entertainment.
UPDATE: Karl apologises on air, giving the classic excuse “I didn’t feel drunk…”

Meet Tony Shepherd, Transfield’s doyen of debt
We’ve all had mornings like that, just not so public.
Most of us would have called in a sickie and cudos to Karl
for fronting up at all.
He’s almost likeable while drunk.
Like our MPs his employers will give him a cuff over the ear and tell him to say sorry. And when the gaffer or producer lob up a sheet to the wind they’ll be sent packing. Who said Workchoices was dead?
His laugh during the first minute is vintage Mike Moore, and also reminds me of another episode of Frontline, I dont think alcohol was the problem.
Would probably watch Today more often if he was like this - looks like his personality chip got upgraded
