Federal Labor would be mad to scrap the L.A.W. tax cuts, despite their always being terrible policy, and I don&#039;t believe Labor will do it.  However, since the rich are getting tax cuts they can afford to loose other hand outs which I expect will cut, or at least trimmed.  

I presume tax subsidies for superannuation for wealthy people will be trimmed, say capped, to pay for increases to old age pensioners who are 30% better off than the growing lines of job seekers.  Labor might also have another go at subsidised private health care for the wealthy and cut the tax benefit for private health insurance, or at least means test it.</description>
